My cozy 2br apartment faces Damen Ave and is located right across from a CVS, close to Trader Joe’s and Jewel, and only 5 blocks away from the Irving Park Brown Line in North Center! You’d be living with me, a 29 year-old pansexual cisgender female with a longstanding career in advertising copywriting. I’ve lived here 3 years and loved every damn second of it.

Your $700 room would be the picture with the blue futon in it. It will be unfurnished by the time you get there! The room comes with a sizeable closet and enough space to fit a dresser, small desk, and double bed. It also gets very cozy in the winter! Utilities are dirt cheap, with electric running $15 per person and internet at $35 per person. Gas can get steep in the winter (Sometimes over $120 per tenant - yikes!) But I’m working with my management company on that.
