Hi, this house looks drab on the outside and spacious on the inside in terms of dining and living rooms. One cat. Bedroom is smaller, currently furnished and I can let go of what’s in there as well. High ceilings, I always find street parking next to house, no dishwasher or laundry. If we get along I may do your dishes because I make plenty and do them every morning. There is a modern laundromat 5 minutes away by car. There is attic space, and I would consider studying up there to give us both more room. I can try to work out anything you value to have in a living space.

I live alone, I’m in my 50’s, and I want to embark on school online (Masters in Mental Health Counseling), work part-time, and ‘tighten my belt’ so to speak. I’m definitely a non-smoker and want same(once a housemate lied about that and our front porch was a literal ashtray). 420 is ok, I don’t partake. I’m neat, healthy, compassionate, respectful, and I’m seeking exactly the same.
