About the room
Room is fully furnished with white Ikea furniture including: bed frame, side table, dresser, desk vanity and small TV. The only thing you need is a mattress. Apartment is top floor with a beautiful view. Apartment complex is pretty quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. The complex is a good ten minute walk from lower campus this is why it is the perfect place for university of utah student, you save on parking. Wifi is $35. The 500 dollar security deposit, includes the security deposit plus furniture and brand new AC unit.
About the roomies
22 year old male, working long hours at the University of Utah Hospital. I am looking for someone to live with him to finish out our lease and start a new one coming June, he is planning on staying. I am graduating soon and recently got an apartment with my partner.
