About the room
I am subletting my room for July. Specifically June 18 a August 3. My room is fully furnished, spacious, and has a table, TV, a closet, and 2 windows. In addition, an office space with a desk and two computer screens is available on the first floor if you work from home. All you need to bring a laptop.
We are located close to Children’s Hospital Waltham, within walking distance to Moody St, and 10 min to Brandeis University. We are very close to I-95. Perfect location, nice residential area.
The apartment has a spacious first floor, with a living room, office, and kitchen. 2 bedrooms are on the second floor.
Rent $1100/month with all utilities, Total for 1 1/2 month total is1650 deposit $500, internet is nit included. Extra 30 if needed. Feel free to contact me for viewing.
About the roomies
You will share the place with one male roommate who is a working professional.
