Rose's room

Safe, beautiful gated neighborhood with access to the pool and other amenities. Room modestly furnished with queen sized bed. Two story house. Room is upstairs. The rent is lower than average for the area because I’m hoping the ideal tenant works or goes to school full time, is quiet and discreet. I have had several tenants who were awesome in this regard and I’m hoping to continue having great experiences with roomies. Includes all utilities. Short term rental is preferred.

The family is quiet and peaceful. There are three adults (including one Roomie from this app) and a teenager. There are no pets.
