We are not able to accept applications from those who smoke, vape, use drugs or marajuana in any form. Minimum credit score is 600 Lease is 6 months and then rolls into month to month. If needing a shorter lease we occasionally offer a 3 month lease with a $200 per month surcharge. Will consider small (under 12 lbs) well behaved dog. Bedroom and home are fully furnished including bedding, towels if desired, mounted TV if desired, hangers, hamper, lamp, dresser, keypad locks on front door and bedroom door. Home has washer and dryer and off street parking.
