About the room
We are renting two rooms in a four bed/3 bath House near the UF campus!
The house will be fully furnished, including a living area, large Florida room, dining area, kitchen appliances, large washer and dryer, TV, storage room, and more. Enjoy the screen in a pool, a deck, front porch, large backyard, and free parking. We are close to Publix, Target, CVS, and only a 10 minute walk from Midtown!
12-month lease and one month deposit required. A background and credit check are required.
PER ROOM is renting for $775 month plus utilities/Wi-Fi. Parking is FREE.
No smoking is allowed inside the unit.
About the roomies
There are currently two roommates in the house, maia and Madie (me!). Im Madie, I’m currently a freshman at Santa Fe majoring in poli sci and criminology on a pre-law track. Im on the UF mock trial team and I love to cook, make clothes, and watch tv in my bed with Doritos❤️ Maia is also a sophmore (we’ve been besties since 9th grade🤞🏻) she’s attends UF as a sociology major and is also on the pre-law track. She loves to make clothes, bake, and watch anime. We are very clean and nice and need some girls to sunbathe with!!! Always down for a wine night or hitting downtown❤️❤️
