Master bedroom available, with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Master bedroom is 10’x13’ plus a short hallway with the closet and bathroom. Apartment is 2-bed 2-bath of about 1200 sqft, and has lifted ceilings, oversized windows, an open-concept with lots of natural light (including morning sun). Large kitchen has up-to-date appliances, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space for 2 people to cook at once. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. You are welcome to bring furniture, as the living room (couch, TV, coffee table, black bike) and main bedroom furniture will move out with the current roommate.

It is about 5 minutes’ drive to the Highlands and downtown Issaquah, with the Fred Meyer/Best Buy shopping area even closer. The complex is quiet and safe. It is dog friendly, with many grassy areas that have trash cans and bags. There is a lodge-style clubhouse with a business center, pool, hot tub and kitchen.

The unit comes with a reserved covered parking spot that we alternate every month and the option to pay for an enclosed garage/storage space. No security deposit. Utilities (incl. Internet) come to about $150/month per person at their mid-winter worst, depending on usage. It’s usually lower.

I am the current other tenant and would be your roommate. I am quiet, clean, sociable and a respectful roommate. Between Friday and Tuesday I work at a spa downhill, and after-work time is spent on various hobbies like hiking, crafts, and video games. I am also involved in the community, so am often out of the house in the early evenings.
