The home sits on a wonderful quiet street in a great neighborhood with safe and easy access to the freeway. Close enough to walk to the grocery store or the tranquil park that is just a block away. The room is about 12’ x 12’ has plenty of room for a queen size bed with night stands and space for a couple of dressers as well. The room is bright open and airy and includes your very own private bathroom.

A little bit about us: Hi! Adam and Joe here. Adam: 40yo gay male. I work full time as a Research Administrative Coordinator for UCSD. When not working I am usually volunteering my time for two non-profits. I am a board member for a medical non profit that helps advocate to help people get medical care that lack access. The other non profit I volunteer for is an animal rescue where I help to raise funds for animals in need. I also love playing board games and Joe and I have board game nights when our schedule allows. I enjoy cooking and we often have roomie dinner nights. Joe: 32yo str8 male. Joe works full time as a Regional Manager for Sunrun Solar Inc. He manages multiple installation teams throughout the United States. Joe loves the Cardinals and video games. When not working Joe is out with friends going to trivia nights and also enjoys trying new food eateries around town or going to concerts. We are both very easy going, neat, quiet, respectful, and get along well with everyone. We are both non smokers and seek another non smoker. 420 is fine within reason.

Joe and I are both mellow, social, very easy-going and fully vaccinated. Ultimately we are looking to share the home with someone who is responsible and easy to get along with and who will make a great addition to our household!
