Jenny's room

The room is small and awesome. There is a full bath upstairs and a 1/2 bath downstairs. The washer and dryer are on the premises. You have access to all the common areas! Plus, there is a cute front yard and a deck that looks over a pond.

It is in an amazing location with easy access to Denver and Boulder via 36. And is close to 287 and Northwest Pkwy. Plus, it is close to trails and shops. King Soopers is a 1/3 of a mile away. There is an incredible view of the foothills a short walk away. We have a pool open in the summer. The neighborhood is quiet with really nice folks.

We have a dry house, no drugs or alcohol on-premises.

Come live in an awesome place with awesome people. There would be three of us plus a small dog and three cats. My small service dog is famous in our circles and people always say hi to him first. I am a nanny and the other roommate works full-time and goes to school. We welcome all people in our home. It is quiet (though I often wander about singing) and everyone’s space is respected. We will connect when everyone is up for it. I am queer and it is important that those living in our home feel safe.
