We have a nice 1400sq ft home on a 12,000sq ft lot with a pool and jacuzzi. 3 bedroom 2 bath. My wife and I have the master and you would have the guest bedroom. You would share a bathroom with our current 24 year old female roommate who is in the third bedroom. $1100 includes all utilities including WiFi. We have a fridge in the garage that you will share with the other tenant. You will also get laundry privileges. No pets and no drugs. There is plenty of parking on the street. We are off Avery parkway next to Saddleback college. We are near Arroyo Trabuco golf course and a really nice hiking trail. The room is unfurnished with hardwood floors. We all work full time jobs and we do have 3 very friendly dogs. My wife takes them to work with her most of the time. We are very easy going, quiet, and clean. You can text me.
