Ciara's room

We have a 3 bed 2 bath house in a quiet neighborhood in southwest Bakersfield. You would have the master bedroom/bathroom to yourself. It will be unfurnished. Utilities aren’t included but are approx $200 a month per person. You would park either in the street or driveway but have to coordinate with the other roommates to not block anyone in.

Current roomie just found a place and will be moving out November 21st.

We are both female healthcare professionals in our mid 20s. We are friendly and like to hang out but are also introverted. Have to be okay with dogs. One of us has two dogs that occasionally visit for periods of time but do not live with us.

We require proof of employment prior to signing the lease.
