Professional female homeowner seeks to rent a fully furnished bedroom to a commuting or local professional who is looking for a quiet, clean, safe place to stay while on assignment in the Louisville area. Second floor of residence consists of three nice-sized bedrooms, two full baths and a living room with a 55“ TV with cable. The upstairs master bedroom with private bath is the space available for rent. It includes use of the upstairs living room as well. The other upstairs bedroom and separate bath are sometimes rented as well depending on the demand. And the third upstairs bedroom is a combo bedroom/home office.

The upstairs master bedroom for rent is fully furnished with all bed linens (includes new pillows and Nectar mattress) plus hotel-quality bath towels and wash cloths. There is lots of storage in the oversized bedroom furniture, as well as a large closet with a couple shelves and space for hanging clothing. There are plenty of cabinets and drawers for additional storage in the bedroom/bathroom combo plus a smaller closet with shelving that is typically used as a pantry. Rent is all-inclusive as it includes electricity, gas, Wi-Fi and cable TV. Rental amenities also include a hair dryer, touchless soap dispenser, small refrigerator/freezer, microwave plus a Keurig coffee maker. Unfortunately, there are no downstairs kitchen privileges. This private upstairs master bedroom with bathroom is for one tenant only, no co-signers, no couples, no pets, no children/families.

Applicant must have verifiable income, complete the application and submit $35 application fee to be considered. Minimum three (3) month lease. Prior to move-in, must execute lease along with payment of $950 deposit plus $950 for first month’s rent. Serious inquiries only.
