Female renting a private bedroom downstairs (10x10 plus closet), this is a home of women in a 5 bed/3 bath home, in quiet Valencia area. Unfurnished but can be partially furnished upon agreement. Available June 5th, possibly sooner. Rent is $800.00/month plus share of utilities used (approx $50-$70/month-lower end of scale with conservative use) and renter’s insurance is required to be obtained and maintained. Bathroom shared with 1 other female in the house. Month to Month lease (many have stayed a LONG time though). No pets, no smoking or the like. Female preferred.

There is a woman in each private room. Each person has a lease that they abide by as the common areas are shared.
