Charmaine's room

The room is furnished with a fairly new Queen sized bed, brand new mattress cover, a desk, nightstand, and I may put a dresser in there if you do not have one. I have plenty of extra bedding if you need it. It also has a window air conditioner. The room is carpeted unlike the rest of the apartment but the carpet will be cleaned prior to move in date. The apt building is in a four plex so only 3 other units. I have extra picture hangings if you want to use them. It includes full use of the kitchen, dishwasher, coffee Keurig, microwave, and I do not cook so if you like to cook you won’t have anyone in your way. You do not need any dishes but I will make room if you want to use your own. The laundry room is right out the back door on the large balcony with a BBQ, and is fully furnished with patio furniture and 2 umbrellas. The machine only cost $1.00 to wash and $1.00 to dry which is never heard of. You will often get a parking space adjacent to the garage because I usually park on the street. This is unusual when you live a block from the beach. There is a separate large cabinet for your use in the kitchen but we share the refrigerator. You will also have a shelf in the linen closet possibly. You will have plenty of room. No overnight guest but on occasion. No smokers on the property. I live a 5 minute walk to the beach and an eight minute walk to the bay where you may rent paddle boards or kayaks. Ocean view from the upstairs living room window. I have a couple beach chairs you may use. It is located 2 blocks from 2nd street. I can’t accept an animal as I am only allowed one. If you want to walk my dog on a rare occasion you would be compensated but it is not necessary. I am looking for a person who either works full time outside the home, or a full time student. You may enter through the back or front door.

I am the only person that lives here. I rarely have company. The neighbors are awesome. I have my own professional business but I am home a lot. I do have an office in OC. I am in my 60’s but young at heart and active, don’t drink but don’t mind at all if you do. I rarely have visitors. My dog is a sweet terrier mixed with Yorkie and is 14 lbs. I attend church, I love the beach and friendly people who live here which is why I moved here from Orange County. My apartment is very organized and very tidy.
