Safe and quiet neighborhood (Windcrest). You have your own large bedroom. If you need to store more things we can come up with something in my garage

I am a 32 year old teacher with my 3 year old daughter. We also have 3 elderly dogs and a cat (the cat believes he is a dog). I clean a lot to make sure the house never smells like animal. The dogs spend most of their time in my large backyard. You can always use any place around the house. We are very laid back and just ask for quiet after 8pm.
