Quiet neighborhood, matter bedroom with adjoining bathroom. The rest of the living space can be shared.

I live alone, separated from my ex spouse recently. I have a cat who loves with me. My 2 boys visit every other weekend. I work in Law Enforcement overnights. Looking for someone who is tidy, not necessarily a clean freak, but someone who will pick up after themselves. I need a roomate who is respectful of my sleep schedule as well as my kids space in the home (which is another bedroom next to mine.)
