Hi there! This 3 bed 3.5 bath townhouse is such a steal. We are offering the master bedroom to a new roomie :) It has a bigger closet that’s nearly a walk in, own bathroom and shower. Each room actually has its own full bathroom and a half bath in the living room for guests. It’s 3-5 minutes away from stores and restaurants! It’s about 5-10 minutes from the freeway and 15 minutes from the beach. We have a gym, pool and clubhouse that has pool tables. It’s quiet most nights in the neighborhood and we never have to worry about our neighbors being too loud. Room will be unfurnished and cleaned upon moving in. Also, we do have a washer and dryer in unit.

My name is Kayla I’m 26 years old and I live here with my boyfriend, Giovanie who is 27. The youngest roommate(Noah) is 22 years old. We are all very relaxed and have lived here for years. We can all be homebodies but we occasionally have friends over for drinks or hangout together. We prefer someone as laid back and clean as us. We are super easy to get along with!
