I have a private room available for rent in central Arlington near Arkansas and Matlock, less than 10 minutes from UTA and AT&T stadium. The home includes keyless front door entry, keyed doorknob for your room for privacy, furnished common areas, and plenty of parking. Regular professional cleaning services are provided. The home has a friendly, quiet atmosphere with respectful roommates, perfect for a young professional or UTA student. Room will come unfurnished by default, if you need it furnished I can work with you.

Rent is $525, utilities are $75. Includes water, 1GB high speed internet, and electricity. Washer and dryer included in unit.

A little about me: I’m a realtor and freelance musician, born and raised in DFW. I’m a workaholic so I’m always out and about, or at home working on my business. I love going to the gym, watching basketball, listening to podcasts or music, and socializing.

What I’m looking for: Young professional or student, clean, no drugs, reasonable and respectful to others. Must have stable job, income must be at least 3x the rent. A background check will be performed, no previous evictions or felonies. Minimum 600 credit score. There is a small application fee in order to pull the credit report and background checks.
