Looking for a Roomate, my name is Sam and I live Sherman Oaks right off the 405 & 101 highway,

1100$ a month 1000$ deposit Plus utilities Plus internet 30$ a month each The apartment is a 2br 2bathroom loft like apartment Bedroom is 12x12 My current Roomate is moving out, and I need a Roomate by June 1st move in date. Here are some specs about the apartment It is newly renovated, washer and dryer on the premises, Private underground parking lot, assigned parking spots, tandem. Dishwasher, My bathroom has the standup shower your bathroom has the tub. Bedroom is very spacious huge closet. Nice huge windows, Central Air/Heat. Balcony shared. The room is NOT carpeted!

What you will need to do if you are interested and add me on facebook you will need to apply to live in my building I have no control over this, must have ok credit, your name will have to be on the lease, the lease can be at a minimum from 3months-1yr but you will have to apply.

Once you email me and we meet I will send you the info to apply. This apartment is literally a steal for living in California. Ive lived here for a year and I love it and don’t want to leave. Our bedrooms are huge and spacious and its the perfect roommate set up, your own bathroom and I welcome you to make this place your home as well.

Walking distance to Ventura BLVD 1 mile to CVS Whole Foods Ralph’s, Buffalo exchange, Daves Hot chicken, McDonald’s, restaurants, shopping.

A little about me…

I work a 9-5 and take my dog with me, on the weekends I hang out at home and am usually out hanging with my friends or home doing laundry/ errands. I am super chill I never have more than 1 friend over at a time and always let my roommate know. I don’t have parties or multiple people over at once. I go to bed at a reasonable time and would love to live with someone with the same schedule who has a doggy that would get along with mine. I am tidy I clean up after myself and would love to share my space with someone who is the same, I usually order out but when I cook I clean up after myself as well.

A little about my dog spooky Spooky is 11 years old, he likes people more than other dogs. He doesn’t mind other dogs, is really just ambivalent about them. Is not food aggressive or toy aggressive. Is really submissive around bigger dogs or dogs who are more alpha. Can get along with almost any dog. He does not shed! If you have a dog that sheds I expect that you will clean up after your dog as well. My dog is potty trained and absolutely does not go in the house. If he does in any case it is because he is not well, and this is a rarity. If your pup has potty problems this is not the right home for them. If your pup is destructive this is not the home for them. If you leave your pup in your room while you are at work, this is not the home for them. I take very good care of my pup and expect you to do the same. Lastly your pup has to be a service dog or ESA.(rules of my building)
