Hello there everyone! 😁 My name is Sebastian, I’m a 23 year old Puerto Rican 🇵🇷 man who is renting out his furnished two bed and one bath apartment for a third roommate! I live in the San Jose boulevard area at Woodlake Park apartments were it is a small, beautiful and safe neighborhood! We’re located very close to so many stores for all of your needs too! The rent would be between 480 and 520 a month and yes that includes the rent, water, electricity, and wifi! 🔥(oh and it’s also 900 mg so it’s insanely fast too ;) Don’t have a bed? NO PROBLEM! I have two beds available for you! one sofa bed and one twin bed and both come with memory foam topper (so your sleep is even better!) The unit comes with Central Air so you’d be hot or cold anywhere around the house! Male or Female allowed (However no couples) 420 friendly 🍁🔥 LGBT friendly! 🏳️‍🌈 Pet friendly! (as long as they don’t destroy anything or bother anyone) 😊 My rules are that the roommate has to be clean, organized, respectful, responsible but most importantly SOCIABLE! I don’t want some rando who doesn’t talk or hangout live in my place. Me and my roommate are looking for someone in our age range and we don’t want someone over thirty. A little bit more about me: I love everything about Horror 👻 Video games 🎮 Music 🎵 being social and going to bars and parties on weekends 🕺🏽 Star Wars Marvel and DC are big loves of mine especially the movies!
