Internet included in utilities, the internet is SUPER fast and reliable (I worked from home for a long time during the pandemic). Shared bathroom (upstairs) and shared kitchen (downstairs). Private entrance. Pet friendly. The complex has a pool with 2 gas grills and there is another courtyard with some games and a sitting area. Free parking available off street, first come first serve. Lot parking available (covered or uncovered) at additional cost. I love my rental company, the people in the office are so helpful and welcoming. There is a $50 application fee (listed as deposit) for a credit check and income verification.

The building is within short walking distance to a convenience store, open late. Directly on the 10 bus route, the northbound bus stop is directly in front of the building. The neighborhood is amazingly walkable, bikeable, bus-able, for people without a car. You are a short bus ride from downtown, or a half-hour walk to UT Campus. The BEST al pastor tacos in Austin are a quick walk, drive, bike-ride away. Very quiet neighborhood with cute small bars and restaurants. Short walk to HEB (also on the bus route)!!

The room has so much privacy that you don’t have to interact if you don’t want to, but someone who might want to do fun things like comedy nights is a plus! She is 34, very friendly, into bikes and music. She is a Texas native and has been in Austin for a while, so you can go explore the town together.
