I’m currently looking for someone to sublease my apartment at The Mix ASAP as I’ve graduated from GSU last semester and have moved out of state, back to CA. The apartment building is located in downtown, across the street from GSU Commons and Piedmont Central, plus its dining hall. The unit is located on the 23rd floor, with an amazing skyline view of the city. The apartment along with the bedroom is fully furnished, with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. There is also a stacked washer and dryer located in the unit. Rent is $1115/mo (utilities included. any overages are paid with the rent and is no more than $20).
[Lease Agreement ends July 31, 2022 with the option of renewal]
