This is a cozy and beautiful apartment located on a great location (~2min from Sedanos/Navarro/Fresco y mas/CVS/AMC Theater, 5min or less from FIU, ~15min from Dolphin Mall area, ~30min from NSU Kendall) It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master room ($1400/month + utilities) is the one available for rent and has a private bathroom inside. The other room is already rented to a graduate student (me 😎)
About the roomies
I am a 4th year graduate student. I am very clean, organized, friendly, and sociable. I spend most of the time outside the apartment (either at school or work) so I only go there for taking a shower and sleeping.
