Genevieve's room

This is a 5 bedroom house. The room for rent is on the main level which has a walk in closet. It is furnished now but it can easily be unfurnished. The bathroom and laundry room are right outside the bedroom. The main level has a family room, large eat in kitchen, dining room and formal living room with a large foyer. The laundry room attaches to the garage. We are dog friendly meaning we own a beautiful Goldendoodle named Romeo who just turned 1 in February. We unfortunately Can not take on another dog and we are allergic to cats. We have a baby grand piano in the formal dining room and you are welcome to use it. We very rarely have visitors and would prefer that our roommate is the same as we are very private people.

We are a family of 4.. But do have 2 older children that live out of state that may come and visit several times a year. The adults are in their late 40’s early 50’s and we have two children ages 14 and 15 which are both freshman’s in high school. We are a rather quiet home considering we have two teens. We spend most of our time on the upper level. We are on the main level to eat and do laundry. Our house is unoccupied during the day as we both work and the kids are in school. Our dog roams free all day. He is shed free and hypoallergenic. Our house is always very clean. We do not allow smoking in the house at all. My husband is a smoker and he smokes outside. So, we do not mind if you smoke but all we ask is that you do not ever smoke in the house and that you pick up your cigarette butts when smoking outside. We have a large deck with two grills which you are free to use.
