Furnished bedroom with 1GB internet. Comfortable split-level duplex in Puunui-Liliha district (Nuuanu). Quiet, historic Honolulu area very close to Downtown. Located at juncture of several major bus routes.

We have 2nd floor of residential home with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bath.

Secure padlocked storage in garage available for surfboard, bike, or camping gear.

We provide all the household cleaning supplies and paper products. You just need to take care of your own food, laundry supplies and help with normal household cleaning & upkeep.

We have a very friendly trained medium size dog (see pictures).

The available room for rent is shown in last 3 photos. It is small (10 x 10) but comfortable and clean. It can get warmer than the rest of house in summer. The rent has been lowered to $750 to compensate for that. If you are mostly out during the day, it may not even affect you.

Housing situation is 4 men in 3 bedrooms.

Older male couple (50s) in Master Bedroom. In Bedroom #1, Male roommate (30s) who is active duty navy officer (Pearl Harbor).

Bedroom #2 (see last 3 photos) is open room. We are looking to rent to for another male, gay or straight, age 25-45.

Ideal roommate is well adjusted, clean, stable person with good manners.

This is a friendly, positive environment with a strong local Aloha vibe. Our house is neat and clean. The neighborhood we live in is safe and quiet.

VERY IMPORTANT: Showing only to people who are established HAWAII RESIDENTS already living here now with good local references we can call and check. Do not inquire if that’s not you.

No background check or credit check. But you need to be currently employed at regular job and need to provide two most recent paycheck stubs.

Sorry, the room is for one person only, no dogs or cats.
