Looking for female to share 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in the Del Rio Apartment Community My apartment is Plan E, and I am currently occupying the master bedroom. The second bedroom is for rent, which is (11x11 sq. ft) with a large walk-in closet. You will have your own separate bathroom. I am renewing my lease which starts 4/1/22 and is 13 months duration.
Kitchen is fully equipped , and there is a washer and dryer in unit. There is also a small patio/balcony to enjoy. Del Rio Apartments are a secure gated complex and the leasing office and maintenance staff are conveniently on site.
There are 2 Beautiful pool and with jacuzzi, cabanas, fire pits and gas grills. There is a Gym on site, as well as a convenient parcel locker room for deliveries. The Fenton Parkway Trolley stop is just a 2 minute walk away, and we are a 5 minute walk across the street to Costco, Ikea, Lowes, Starbucks and several great restaurants. Parking is by permit and is $25 month extra. Utilities ( SDG&E, AT&T internet, water, sewage and garbage) not included and we will split cost, which in total averages to be about $100-$125/month per person.
