Shared single garage space, in-unit full size washer/dryer, big kitchen, fireplace. One year lease. Owner pays for trash and sewer. Tenant is responsible for shared gas, electric and internet. No smoking. No pets. Bedroom is unfurnished but rest of condo is furnished.

My wife and I have owned this condo since 2006 and like to take good care of it and our renters. The current renters are a male and a female. Both are clean, responsible renters. The bathroom is shared with one other renter (male).
