The apartment is part of Dam Neck Square Apartments in Virginia Beach. It’s a great little neighborhood tucked away, private, and peaceful. Splitting the rent would be around $650 each give or take a few dollars because water and sanitation is included in the rent which varies a little month to month. We would split the electric and gas bills which are minimal. An application must be filled out through the property office.
