About the room
Furnished Private room and private bathroom in shared home. There is also an unfurnished room you can choose to stay in the same size. We have a hot tub & fenced in backyard, perfect for pets. Scenic Marcus bayou birding trail .25 miles from the front door. NAS Pensacola back gate, Correy station, downtown, Perdido key are 15 to 20 minutes away. $800 is negotiable, the main thing we are looking for is that you are respectfully and drama free. Rent includes everything there are no other charges.

Me, my girlfriend and our labordoodle live in the home. I am in the navy and my girlfriend is a teacher/waitress. My hobbies are being active, jiujitsu and Iām in school while working. We are both pretty busy so were in and out of the house a lot.
