I live in a 2 bed, 2 bath unit at Bailey Farms. You can view the floor plan online. (2B2A) [It’s a top floor apartment]

The apt complex has a pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, and gas fire pits. Parking is plentiful, but you can pay $75 for a private covered space or $175 for a detached garage.

The apt complex is a little bit away from the main roads and is surrounded by trees and a park, so it’s pretty quiet overall.

I work from home, and use a section of the living room as my office, so the rent I am asking for is only 2/5ths of the total expenses. The rent + water + electric + internet is $2800/mo.

It is a non-smoking community, so you aren’t allowed to smoke in or around the apartments. I am sensitive to strong odors, so I don’t want a roommate who smokes or vapes either. (Even off premise, as the smell comes homes with you) Edibles are fine if that’s your thing.

There isn’t enough room really for pets in the apartment either, and I don’t really want to deal with the smell or the cleaning that goes with one.

Lastly, I want a quiet home. I work from home and play video games in my downtime when I’m not working with my plants. I always wear headphones for video games or television and I make sure not to have any conversations after midnight. (earlier is fine, if my roommate needs quiet hours)

I want to find a roommate who also wants a quiet, clean and peaceful place to live. I am particular about having a nice, clean space. This is why I also intend to pay a bit more of the rent to ensure that I find someone who shares similar values.

I’m a 33 yr old male. I work from home and am in IT. My hobbies are gardening, hiking, and video games. Pretty standard stuff.

The apt complex is quiet and back from the main road. Its only 5 min to Mill Creek Town center. 10 min to the highway. 15 min to UW Bothell Campus.

There is also a 3 mile long trail you can walk as well to get to Mill Creek Town Center, if you’re up for some exercise.

I’m pretty quiet, and am looking for the same in someone else. I also like to keep things fairly clean, so keeping common areas clean is important as well. I REALLY value my peace and quiet, and I’m a bit sensitive to strong odors and get migraines from them.
