About the room
Looking for a guy to take over my lease from 5/1/22–12/31/22. Great location (right next to Fashion Island and about 5 miles to Balboa Pennisula). Park Newport has a lot of amenities (including a cafe, salon, dry cleaners).
The room is a two-bedroom (My roommate has the master bedroom). The majority of the furniture in the living room is leftover from previous roommates and everything is still in good condition. I’m not hiring movers so I am willing to leave my bed, bedframe, nightstands, and dresser in my room as well. (NO PETS)
About the roomies
I’m an attorney and I just accepted a job in Houston TX so I’ll be moving out at the end of April. My roommate is a 26M working professional (real estate agent). He spends a lot of his time at his girlfriend’s so you should have the place to yourself a majority of the time. I found him off this site actually and we quickly became great friends upon moving in. Super chill, funny, outgoing guy.
