Renting a massive bedroom in Inner Sunset apartment. The available room is 10’ x 18’. That is the size of two normal size bedrooms, so you can easily fit a bed, dresser, loveseat and desk. The room has a huge closest. There is only a skylight (no windows on the wall). There is more than enough sun in our backyard! You will have half of the cabinet/drawer space in the renovated bathroom.

No on site parking, but street parking is easy. Free laundry onsite. I already have a dog, so unfortunately no other animals are allowed. My dog will not be in your space unless you want him to be :) Gorgeous views from this apartment looking over Golden Gate park & the Golden Gate Bridge. Very peaceful neighborhood.

The only shared spaces in the apartment are the kitchen and bathroom. Otherwise, there are two small rooms and one huge room. I’ll be using the small rooms and renting the largest room. This is the perfect setup for someone looking for their own space, but wants a roommate to share costs. I would like to be friendly and open to hanging out, but not a requirement.

I am 29 and work in tech. Love reading, hiking and biking. I am looking for a roommate who is respectful and keeps common spaces very clean. I do my part in cleaning and would hope my roommate does the same.
