Mogo's room

The apartment complex has a tall brick wall surrounding it with a front and back entrance. Off street parking. Lots of grass. Virginia Lake is across the street. The lake has a mile long, very pretty, paved loop. Close to midtown. The room is 10’ x 11’ and the apartment is 943sq ft. Room has its own private en-suite bathroom with a tub. The common areas are furnished and shared. Smoking on the balcony is ok. The apartment complex does the background check. I plan to renew the lease in June for another year. I want someone who will be staying for at least 6 months. And if we vibe we can live together longer. 😄

I’m currently taking a class to work towards a degree in social work. I like doing random activities recently I did a scavenger hunt and painted a piece of pottery. I like spending time with fam and friends. 🙂 I’m not an extrovert. Unless I’m excited about something or if something is affecting me. 😊 I have two cats Walker and Charisma. I think they would like another cat. My old roommate got assigned back to the store she worked at before moving to Reno. We worked out a cleaning schedule where we mop, dust, vacuum, and clean the counters once a week and we alternate weeks. The room comes unfurnished. I’ve gotten rid of the bed. Hope to hear from ya! 😊
