My roommate Zach and I are looking for a mid twenties individual to take over the basement bedroom/living space ASAP- our other roommate had to move closer to his new job. Rent would be $825/month. We pay for gas/electric/internet. We’re looking to sign a 6 month lease. As you will see in the pictures, the downstairs quarters has a bedroom, a semi-private living area, and a bathroom. I say semi-private because the laundry room for everyone also resides down there. Zach and I are just as cool with staying in as we are with going out, as long as we can all be respectful about it! We’re also open to anything you might want regarding personal house rules, and expect the same regarding ours. Located next to Hidden Lake in Westminster, this charming abode is the perfect middle ground between mountain and city. The town house is 3B3BA and has 3 floors! There are awesome, sought-after perks in this place: laundry, 2 car garage, dog-friendly, and plenty of guest parking.

A little bit about me… I manage a specialty coffee shop and I own a scrappy dog named Scampy… he’s a sweetheart! I play piano, I often do work at coffee shops or breweries, I read, and I love to camp. I love people but I also love my own space. Zach is a part-time accountant, and a full-time outdoorsman. He likes to ski, hike, travel, climb, etc. Basically all things Colorado. If you’re ever looking for a local crag, Zach is your man. He works from home, but is chill with his work schedule and people being in the house during work hours. Pet things: Scampy gets along with other dogs, but no cats. I’m super allergic. I’m always down to get our dogs together for a playdate before either of us decides anything! There is a $250 nonrefundable deposit fee. No more than one additional animal to this household, please!
