Hello! I just moved to Denver in and bought a townhouse in Uptown! ||| Looking for 1 roommate in a 3br 3ba, 2,000 sqft townhouse - 3 living floors + rooftop deck. Might look for a third in a couple of months if the right person comes up. I’ll reduce rent for you if we move in a third person. ||| 3 bedrooms - you can choose 1 of the 2 open bedrooms. One is on the same level as me, one is on the ground floor. Both rooms are pictured. ||| 3 bathrooms - each roommate has their own ensuite bathroom ||| Rooms not furnished, but happy to talk about furnishing it for you! ||| 1 garage parking space available if you have a car. Garage is attached. ||| We’ll split Utilities which typically run $75/mo/person (Gas, Electricity, Internet. Water is included) ||| Also will want to split a bi-weekly cleaning to keep the place shiny, likely around $50/month per person (I need to find a cleaner…) ||| NOTE: I just moved and have no furniture…I ripped all the pictures off Zillow, so none of the furniture pictured will be present. I’ll buy furniture (couch, TV, dining table, roof-top deck outdoor seating, BBQ grill, plants, etc.) over the next few months

I’m looking for roommates to hang out with and go snowboarding or mountain biking or other mountain adventures on the weekends! I work a 9-5 corporate job and mostly work from home (in my room). I like to cook and happy to make extra for my roommates. I keep the kitchen clean.
