-The area is a quiet housing neighborhood. We live 1 mile down from the beaches of Newport Beach . Also a mile from the amazing food and drink places Newport Peninsula has to offer. -This listing is for a room for rent in a 3BR/2BA apartment to move in April 21st. It includes a shared bathroom but You would have full access to the rest of the apartment and kitchen. I’m looking for a young professional preferably around the same ages to move in! We Would love someone who lives a similar lifestyle and ideally would love to be friends with my roommate. The place is furnished in kitchen /living rooms so no need to worry about furniture.

There are 3 rooms and you would be living with two adults (1 male and 1 female) (non couple) We are both 30 years old who prefer the quiet life. We have a garage full of bikes and enjoy to take down the beach. I am super into the outdoors and enjoy working out, backpacking, hiking, running, yoga, board games, movies and hanging out with friends. I am very laid back, and keep my place very clean. I usually go to bed around 10pm and get up around 6am. We would love to live with responsible, respectful, easy going people.
