Good Sized Room with a spacious walk in closet available for rent in University Heights area between UB south and Canisus College.

Daemon college is a 5 minute drive down main St.

10 minute walk or less from UB South/Lasalle Metro Station, with an Aldi Market in the same vicinity.

Walmart 10 minute drive down Baily ave.

Wegmans another 15 minute drive away down Amherst st.

In house laundry available, brand new appliances, and best of all, off street parking is available(neighborhood is super manageable for on street parking if you want though).

House is typically quiet, excellent for studying or decompressing after work.

House is owner occupied.

We will absolutely meet up for coffee or hang out at the house to feel everything out first, we want to make sure the living situation will work for everyone.

First Month, Last Month rent, and a security deposit will be due before you move in(lease will be for 12 months). Front and Side door are code locked, you will get a key with your room.

Water and Garbage are included in your rent. We split Gas, Electric, and Internet 3 ways.

No Smoking, vaping in your room is fine.

No pets, I have a cat and she loves humans but hates other animals.

About the roomies

We’re two guys looking for an additional roommate, either working or in school. We’re pretty laid back and easy to live with, we clean up after ourselves and have shared responsibilities between the common areas.

I’m 27, a software engineer, work at home M,W,F and work in office Teus, Thurs. Generally at my desk from 9am-6pm.

Jake is 28, he’s a lead baker, he works 6 days a week 4am-1pm generally.
