About the room
Room is furnished with a queen bed. Closet is large and has extra storage up top. There is also a closet outside of the room. There is a full size washer and dryer. Bathroom is shared with one other female. All utilities are included. Kitchen utensils and cookwares are also available for use. Pool, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts are available. There is also a small gym for the community. Close to great areas for walking, running, hiking, or biking.
The condo is close to Stoneridge mall, Pleasanton BART, hospitals, grocery, and shopping. All areas are only 15 to 30min bike ride away. The area is quiet but the highway can be heard during the night.
About the roomies
The condo will be shared between 2 other females professionals. We are both quiet and appreciate a calm environment. We love to eat and go out on the weekends. We appreciate open communication and trust between roommates.
