Groceries stores and fast foods around. The room is fully furnished, with bed table and chairs, with Wood floors and alarm system.

This is a clean and quiet house with only two regular roommates including landlord myself. I am looking for a roommate who is clean and respectful, with full time job ( no night shift, no working at home), barely cooking or light cooking, credit score report and monthly income proof required, only one small cat allowed.
