North Borthwick Avenue

The room is a private room that shares a wall with my own, comfortably sized for a single person. You can easily fit a twin sized mattress as well as a desk with room to spare, and there is also a closet available. The house is 2 floors and has 1.5 bathrooms, upstairs has the shower and bedrooms, downstairs is kitchen, living room, and another toilet. We also have a washer and dryer, as well as a small backyard and parking space that are connected to the alley. This is a duplex house in the Boise neighborhood, right around the corner from Mississippi Ave (bars, restaurants, shops). It is also close by to a New Seasons and Williams Ave (more shops, bars, food). Also close to a few bus lines and about a 15 minute walk to a tram line.

We’re 2 guys, both early 20’s, I graduated college about a year ago and my roommate is currently on hiatus from school. I’m currently a barista at Spielman’s (I can bring you free bagels) and he’s in between jobs. Both of us are outdoorsy and like to hike, but he’s definitely out of the house more than I am. I’m into videogames and mycology, and I also like going out for drinks with friends. We’re both a bit messy, but I’m trying to keep the house cleaner and hope to find someone who will help clean and have a mutual accountability type deal with. Like I said, other roommate is out of the house a lot so getting him to clean is a bit harder, but he’ll move things and clean up his mess if you can catch him and ask.
