I have a room for rent in my home. I live alone with a friendly medium sized dog. Looking for a non-smoking, drama-free, trustworthy and stable woman that wants a long term living arrangement. Must be able to pay rent on time every month. I work from home and the third bedroom is my office. Private bathroom. Rent includes utilities and Spectrum cable in the living room. You will be responsible for cable service within your bedroom. Common areas are the kitchen, living room, laundry room and enclosed patio. Must keep their space clean and keep common areas clean as well. Parking is in front of the house.
