You will have the entire upstairs to yourself, your own private bathroom, closet and room. It is unfurnished so you will need to have your own furniture. You’ll also have access to all common areas (kitchen, living/dining room) and guests are allowed, just be respectful. 4/20 friendly, smoking is allowed inside (No cigarettes inside though). No background check required, must have proof of income (direct deposit). Maximum 3/4 month stay, only looking to help someone until they get on their feet or find their own place and rent must be paid biweekly ($300 every 2 weeks) or if you would like to pay weekly ($150 every week) that is fine as well but NO MONTHLY. WEEKLY OR BIWEEKLY ONLY.

We are a 22 year old couple with a 2 year old son. We are very chill, outgoing and easy to get along with. We are looking for someone who is also easy to get along with, TIDY and not loud. We do not tolerate mess so if you can’t clean up after yourself, this is NOT the place for you.
