Unfurnished bedroom in a 3-bed, 2-bath house available now!

The rent is $895 + utilities plus a $400 refundable deposit. The lease term can either be month-to-month or longer-term, but I will need 30-days’ notice before you move out. Rent is billed on the 1st of every month. Utilities and internet will be divided and billed separately from rent.

You will have a private bedroom and access to the hallway bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher, electric range, microwave and fridge - feel free to bring your own utensils and cookware to use. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Both driveway and street-side parking is available.

The house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance to downtown Holly Springs, Womble Park, UNC-Rex Hospital, and SouthPark Village shopping center! It also has convenient access to Apex via NC-55 and Cary/Raleigh via US-1.

No hang-ups on race, gender, sexuality, background, or profession. All I ask is that you be drug-free, pet free (I’m allergic), and respectful of others. Guests are welcome. Just make sure your guests do not infringe on others’ space/property - and no long-term squatters.

If you decide to move in, you will need to provide proof of income, a valid photo ID, sign a rental agreement, and pay the refundable security deposit + first month’s rent. My name is Mako, I’m 21, and I work as a commercial banker. I’m fairly clean, quiet, and drug-free. I rarely sleep here, but I use one of the bedrooms as an office for work part of the week. I will also use the hallway bathroom during the day, but not to shower.

There is another roommate who lives here full time, but he is really chill and clean as well. He occupies the master bedroom and will not share the hallway bathroom.
