The apartment has it’s own private stairs entrance and noise concerns aren’t an issue. It is located on Main street walking distance of restaurants, bar, and stores. The estimate for rent can vary based on electricity, but I posted the higher end as it can be ~$605/monthly. There is two storage rooms, a dining room, family room, shared bathroom w/a full bath, and 2 bedrooms. The location is right by route 7 and 35 minutes from UVM. It is 20 minutes from Porter Medical Center and Middlebury. There is availability for another cat and I have a friendly boy cat who gets along with other cats.

I am a nurse who works part time and attends UVM full time as a doctoral student studying to be a Family Health Nurse Practitioner. I spend a lot of my time working, studying, and exercising M-F. I do like to do fun things on the weekends typically Sat nights. I am a friendly and outgoing person. I like to listen to music in the apartment as I am a hula hooper. I also like hiking, cooking, photography, and reading. I would prefer someone who is clean.
