Rent is $1100, plus the security deposit of $750 which will be returned to you if no damage is done when you move on the agreed upon date.

Private room with private bath and your own balcony ! Parking is on a first come, first serve basis.

Will have access to Washer and dryer . Access to gym and 4 pools. And everything in the common area. NO cigarette smokers. NO parties unless agreed upon first. You CAN have one-two guest at a time.

The property is located just off Bruce B Downs with easy access to I-75, I-275, University of South Florida, University Mall, dining, and much more . 25 mins from Tampa International Airport . 25 mins from Downtown. 30 mins to Ben T Davis Beach . 1 hour and 15 mins to Disney with no traffic .

Food shopping - we order from Walmart for the most part and have it delivered, if you are busy and want anything specific let us know and you’ll just pay for your portion.

Rent - First month and security due before move in date. And then on the last day of the month . You can pay through Cashapp,Zelle, or Cash, Apple Pay If it’s through Cashapp , I’d rather you pay a few days in advance so it can clear without the fee so there’s no add-on fee which I believe is 1.5% for every $100. No Venmo

I am an Uber/Lyft driver also a cook and delivery driver (34 y.o female) never home because I’m always out of town. Will be you my fiancé there only for the most part and my fiancé (33y.o female) works all the time. And she bakes and will probably make you try something that’s she’s trying for the first time because she doesn’t believe me when I say it’s good. Lol

We do have a medium sized dog named Faith and she’s usually scared of everything. Lol She’s friendly and loving , she’s not too much of a barker (but may bark at you when you first meet her ) & unless she has something to bark at . She will not enter your room but she will hang out wherever we are so she may be in the common areas. We also have 2 cats that are very loving. They are cleaned up after everyday.

Cannabis friendly as long as it’s in your room, I also smoke from time to time but I keep it discreet.

We respect you and your privacy and would like the same in return .

Looking for someone responsible and professional with no kids unless they are visiting, CLEAN, and trustworthy. If you’ve done the background check that is a big plus !

Additional info: I was a house cleaner so if you want your bathroom clean and room carpet vacuumed because maybe you are too busy , it’ll be $15 a wk, $25 bi-weekly, or $35 for once a month.

Room is furnished with a queen bed, a small table for a night stand, a lamp, and desk. The patio has a small table and a small couch if you want to bring your own we can sell the things we have in there .

The property does have maintenance service so if you ever need anything they will come .
