About the house: Beautiful sun-soaked home in the heart of Edgehill. Walking distance to Zanies, 8th & Roast, Melrose Billiards and Edgehill Village. 10-minute drive to the airport. Loads of street parking, with a fenced-in backyard complete with a firepit and canoe. Huge kitchen with open concept living room/dining room attached. In unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, disposal, central heat & AC, gas fireplace. Two dope dudes just being dudes.

About us: Adam and Tim (AT) are two recovering outdoor instructors. Adam is a very easy-going, yet gay, tall jock who works now in fintech. He works remotely and, as a Nashville native (GBO, VFL) has a deep and expansive social life for which he’s grateful and also overwhelmed. Tim has a creative relationship with work, but when he’s working he works for an outdoor leadership development company. Both are prone to leaving the house for extended periods of time. Tim with work, and Adam trying to avoid it. We’re neat, social, drink and smoke (outside) and are actively sewing our oats across the tri-state area. We occasionally entertain. We both cook.
