Private room with private entrance and side of the yard with pool and kitchen access. 5 bedroom house. We just need someone to help with rent. All utilities included.

We are all working professionals. Ages 28, 30, 32 and 32. Three males, 1 female. We have dogs, we don’t really party, we like to keep it chill. We mostly surf and go outdoors on weekends.
