Hey I’m Dan. I work long hours at the United States Postal Service, but in my free time I keep busy by going to the gym, cooking/ meal prepping, and studying. I tend to keep to myself but am always respectful and expect the same from my roomies. Please have a stable job, no violent criminal record, and the ability to pay rent before or on the 1st, no exceptions. Wether you are looking for a spot for a year or just passing through and need a place for a few months just be transparent and I’ll work with you. Race, age, and gender does not matter, just be cool.
