looking for short term renter ; 6 months or possibly more. Private room, own bathroom, internet, netflix, “free” Tv channels, all bills paid. Use of washer / dryer, of couse Kitchen. Also covered parking. Located in Senior community - age 50+ .( pretty quiet ) in Warrenton MO. Lots of trees / space to walk dogs/ lake within 50 yards of house. 2 1/2 miles to shopping, Walmart, Aldi, Moshers, Schnucks, Walgreens, multiple bussiness enties. Furnished or not furnished. House insurance covers majority of issues. Deposit can be discussed. All bills paid. Animal friendly.

I am 74 year old male, Virgo, in good health, I am hard of hearing but do have hearing aids ( which I use as paperweights ) my transportation is my motorcycle. I am retired from the Federal Courts , I have a BA in Humanities as well as a paralegal degree. Legally separated ( so ex can retain health coverage under my retirement ). I plan to relocate within a year for lung issues. I do use medical marijuana. I like to putter around the house ( improving for possible sale ), read, write, but I do not do arithmetic. LOL Watch TV, youtube, netflix, movies / dvd’s. Love music. Use to play boardgames and cards. Since I’m not dead, I assume I still can. grin I prefer “no drama”. I’m sure we have all seen “that.” I am open to female renters ; and I am doing this to increase my cash flow so I can blow this popstand. smile - NOT to live out some demented old-man fantasy. I was in the US Army, Combat Engineer’s, Vietnam era; no lingering issues - unless you disrespect God, The Flag, old people, women, kids, animals. If so, my face will probably meet your fist. Just being pragmatic.
